This is a position with an opportunity to grow as the Head of the Department based on performance. We are seeking a talented professional who will work closely with the Cofounders and other teams.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Identifying and approaching OEM partners (Modular Factories)
- Developing business relationships with OEM customers and driving sales
- Achieving the monthly sales targets for various products
- Generate new leads through various sources to build a robust pipeline for revenue targets
- Proactively identify business opportunities and work with internal teams to conduct business development activities in the geography
- Driving lead conversion as per plan and ensuring that pitches are made by the team in the prescribed manner, and the value proposition is effectively communicated to customers
- Cultivate a strong relationship with the business partner community by driving regular engagement as per plan
- Ensuring customer queries/issues are resolved as per SLA
- Publish periodic status reports, including team activity and sales performance report
- Analyse data to generate insights on what is working/not working and recommend way forward.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the Home Interiors industry, including industry trends, industry business processes, industry performance indicators and key competitors in the industry
Job requirements:
- MBA/Graduate from a reputed institute
- Must have field sales experience and have track record of meeting revenue targets
- Experience of 0-1 journey will a plus
- Experience in the Home Interiors industry will also be a plus, but open to candidates with other industry experience
