Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AGM/DGM - Tendering/Budgeting/Costing position located in Mumbai. Responsibilities include leading tendering and budgeting processes, preparing and analyzing cost estimations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing procurement strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards. You will contribute to the financial planning, negotiation, and finalization of contracts, ensuring optimal cost efficiency and value for the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Tendering, Budgeting, and Project Costing
  • Experience in preparing cost estimates and conducting financial analysis
  • Strong negotiation, procurement, and vendor management skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in relevant project management and financial tools
  • Effective communication and team coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results within deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field is required
  • Prior experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
