Position 1: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Experience: 6 to 12 months (preferably in edtech or admissions)

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students about our online degree programs based on their academic and career goals
  • Manage and follow up with incoming leads generated through marketing campaigns
  • Conduct telephonic and WhatsApp-based career guidance sessions
  • Convert leads into enrollments through personalized support and information
  • Maintain CRM records and reporting for daily activities

Ideal Candidate: A confident Admission counselor who is a great communicator, understands student psychology, and enjoys working in a result-driven environment

Position 2: Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE)

Experience: 12 months or more in edtech or academic counseling

Salary Range: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the complete student admission journey from counseling to enrollment
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and address queries in a professional manner
  • Achieve monthly admission targets while ensuring high student satisfaction
  • Guide and support junior BDAs in handling inquiries and conversions
  • Prepare performance reports and assist in team reviews
