We supply high-quality products like PPF, ceramic coatings, and home cleaning chemicals across India. We are expanding our sales team and seeking an HR professional to manage recruitment and training of sales staff.

  • Key Responsibilities: RecruitmentIdentify and hire sales executives, telecallers, and field sales representatives across different regions.
  • Create job postings on Naukri, Indeed, and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule in-person or online interviews.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements.
  • Training & OnboardingDevelop basic sales training programs (product knowledge, lead handling, communication, CRM tools).
  • Conduct induction and orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Monitor performance of new sales recruits during probation.
  • Prepare training materials, performance trackers, and evaluation reports.
  • HR OperationsMaintain employee attendance, leave records, and performance reports.
  • Support management in building sales targets and incentive structures.
  • Assist in employee engagement, team motivation, and retention initiatives.
  • Requirements:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment (preferably in sales hiring).
  • Strong communication and people management skills.
  • Knowledge of modern recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Ability to design and deliver short training sessions.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and organized personality.
