  • Develop and implement branding strategies tailored to the manufacturing sector, while monitoring brand performance and adjust strategies as necessary to enhance market presence.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies and coordinate successful product launches that meet or exceed business objectives.
  • Drive lead generation campaigns through physical and digital marketing channels including performance marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Oversee event management from planning to execution to maximize brand exposure and customer engagement.
  • Create compelling and consistent content across various marketing platforms to support campaigns and brand messaging.
  • Plan and drive client retention activities creatively, including bespoke marketing for mobilizations, site branding and consumer engagement initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure alignment and successful campaign delivery.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10-years of comprehensive experience in marketing roles.
  • Strong expertise in brand strategy, budget management, go-to-market execution, product launches and consumer engagement.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and event management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences, and with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and agencies effectively.
  • Exceptional creative, analytical and negotiation skills, with multitasking abilities and resilience under pressure. Role & responsibilities
