About the Role:

Optus Housing is seeking an experienced and result-oriented
Marketing Manager
to lead our marketing initiatives in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong brand visibility, driving lead generation, and implementing impactful marketing strategies to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute
    strategic marketing plans
    for residential and commercial projects.
  • Manage
    digital, print, and outdoor advertising campaigns
    .
  • Conduct
    market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights studies
    .
  • Plan and implement
    lead generation campaigns
    with measurable ROI.
  • Collaborate with the
    sales team
    to align marketing efforts with revenue targets.
  • Manage the company's
    social media, website, SEO/SEM, and online presence
    .
  • Organize
    property launches, promotional events, and exhibitions
    .
  • Build partnerships with advertising agencies, vendors, and media houses.
  • Track, analyze, and present campaign performance reports.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver on objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or relevant field.
  • 7–8 years of proven experience in
    real estate marketing
    .
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools, analytics, and CRM platforms.
