● Maintain clear daily records of consultations, recommendations, and user progress.

● Follow up with users to ensure adherence, guidance, and outcome tracking.

● Deliver empathetic, high-quality customer experience and build trust.

Skills & Requirements

● Strong verbal communication in Hindi & English.

● Understanding of hair fall, scalp conditions, and key influencing factors.

● Basic knowledge of ingredients and actives for hair & scalp health.

● Good time management, organisation, and documentation skills.

● Background in cosmetology, trichology, or wellness consulting preferred.
