Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring prompt and efficient response to guests' needs.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve guest complaints and concerns efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of hotel management principles and practices is desirable.
