Role Overview
We are looking for energetic, self-driven freshers to join our
Channel Sales
team. This is a
field-intensive
role focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners—brokers, agents, and other intermediaries—to drive project sales across Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and nurture channel partners for DS-MAX projects.
- Conduct regular visits to partners, sharing project details, offers, and inventory updates.
- Organize and conduct site visits for partners and their clients.
- Distribute marketing material, brochures, and price lists.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team for booking closures.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and broker meets.
- Maintain accurate daily visit and sales reports.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred, not mandatory). - Experience:
Fresher (0–1 year). Prior field sales exposure is an advantage. - Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Quick rapport-building skills
- Basic knowledge of Bangalore's real estate market (preferred)
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000/month (₹3 LPA)
