Providing support to the Sales and Production team by timely dispatching materials to siteCoordinating with Sales and Product dispatch team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant informationHandle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelinessChecking, analysing, evaluating the quotationsCommunicate effectively with sales team and clientsInform clients or sales team of unforeseen delays or problems in transportationRespond to complaints from customers and give after-dispatch support when requestedSupporting customers to process orders by creating quotations if sales team is busy.Coordinate for manufacturing samples for sales team or clients with other vendors.Monitor daily stock position for re ordering and prepare PO.Notifying Damages of Goods to vendorsCo-ordinate for inward material delivery including imports. Check Bill of Entries for customs. Enter, process, monitor and coordinate all import shipments, working closely with vendors, ocean carriers / freight forwarders, Customs brokers and trucking companies.Check suitable freight costsKey skill
Demonstrate the ability to prioritize scheduling backorders in addition to tracking and resolving customer issues. Reassign work as needed to manage customer's expectations making judgements based on current workloads and priorities.Monitor production activity and schedules ensuring that customer commitments are met, clearly communicate status changes back to the customer in regards to early or late anticipated arrivals.Develop and update transport vendors dispatch schedule regarding.Call sales team/Customer to inform them of variances in delivery times.Provide timely reports to immediate Manager as requested.Possess very strong interpersonal skills and be able to discuss dispatch issues with Transport Vendors, Customers, sales team and managers.Required Skills

•    Any Graduate.

•    Excel knowledge imp 

•    up to 2 years of experience work with the manufacturing industry

•    candidate with fluent communication in Hindi & Marathi
