Job Description – Operations Executive/ Documentation Specialist

Company- Black Swan Business Setup Services ( New Town Office)

Location: Kolkata (Hybrid – 3 days WFO, 2 days WFH)

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support our business setup processes. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating with clients/internal teams, and ensuring smooth application filling and submission. A Company Secretary (CS) or Legal background is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and manage client documentation related to business setup and compliance.
  • Handle application filling and submission with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders as required.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on assigned tasks/projects.
  • Ensure high attention to detail in all documentation and operations processes.
  • Support process improvements and maintain confidentiality of client information.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Commerce/CS background preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, documentation, or client coordination.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High level of computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, online applications/portals).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Mode

  • Hybrid Model – 3 days from office, 2 days work from home.
