Job Summary:

We are looking for a
Workday Integration Specialist
 to support the design, development, and maintenance of integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems.

This role also requires a strong understanding of Workday's integration & reporting tools and a collaborative mindset to work across HR, IT, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain integrations using Workday tools such as 
    EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
    , 
    Core Connectors
    , 
    Workday Studio and Web Services (SOAP/REST)
    .
  • Develop and support custom reports using 
    BIRT
     for
    Workday Advanced Reporting
    .
  • Create and manage 
    Workday custom reports, calculated fields, composite reports, and dashboards
    .
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Support Workday updates and releases by testing and validating integrations.
  • Maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience with 
    Workday integrations
     and 
    reporting
    .
  • Proficiency in 
    Workday Studio
    , 
    EIB
    , 
    Core Connectors
    , 
    XML
    , 
    XSLT
    , and 
    JSON
    .
  • Hands-on experience with 
    BIRT
     and 
    Workday Advanced Reporting
    .
  • Strong knowledge of 
    Workday Report Writer
    , 
    calculated fields
    , and 
    data sources
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in 
    Workday Pro Integrations and Workday Studio / Reporting
    .
  • Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., 
    Dell Boomi
    , 
    MuleSoft
    ).
  • Familiarity with 
    Workday Prism Analytics
    , 
    Extend
    , or 
    Workday Security
    .
  • Experience working in 
    Agile
     or 
    DevOps
     environments.
