About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer with practical experience in B2B payment collections, invoice generation, and background verification for new hires. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in financial operations and demonstrate strong organizational skills, especially in managing client communications and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage payment collections from B2B clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records.


• Generate and issue client invoices in accordance with contract terms.


• Maintain and reconcile financial records, including payment logs and invoice registers.


• Coordinate background verification processes for new hires.


• Oversee expense management and reporting.


• Liaise with external agencies for verifications and ensure timely submission of compliance reports.


• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, company policies, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Experience


• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.


• 1–2 years of relevant experience in payment collections, invoicing, and background  verification.


• Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of accounting tools such as Tally,  Zoho Books, etc.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.


• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.


• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
