Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Debt Recovery Officer located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Debt Recovery Officer will be responsible for debt collection activities, managing overdue accounts, negotiating repayment schedules, and ensuring timely recovery of funds. The role involves analyzing financial data, interacting with customers to provide assistance and resolve issues, and maintaining accurate records of collection activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Debt Collection and Finance
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Effective Communication and Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Experience in the finance industry is a plus
