JOB PROFILE:

Waste Treatment/Waste Management

  • Studying & preparing a cost-effective design
  • Critical thinking on best possible design solution.
  • Having good knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-assisted engineering (CAE) software to create prototypes
  • Collecting and analysing data from tests on prototypes and modifying designs and able to retesting them
  • Receiving & Evaluating all enquiries for feasibility and maintaining register for enquiry number, date, Client details & Estimation submission date.
  • Studying all documents and drawings before estimation and raising pre-bid queries to consultant/client for the discrepancy in tender documents.
  • Pre-bid or Technical meetings with client/consultants etc.
  • Preparing Cost effective and Competitive proposal based on Customer requirement and Tender requirements of Consultants.
  • Carrying out Design Calculations for WTP (Filters, Softener, DM, RO, UF etc.), Unit process and STP (MBBR, SBR, MBR etc.), ETP etc.
  • Sizing of all sub vendor items like Pumps, Blowers, Valves, Piping etc.
  • Preparation or support in P&ID and General Arrangement drawings (Plan, Elevation and Side views)
  • Technical discussions with Detailed Engineering people to optimize the proposals.
  • Checking the technical feasibility and the commercial competitiveness by evaluating the offer submitted by the sub-vendors.
  • Preparation of complete Techno-Commercial offer consisting of Scope of supply, Deviations, Terminal points, Exclusions, Technical data sheet.
  • Preparation of Bill of Material and Cost estimation for the complete systems and its auxiliaries.
  • Preparation of cost comparison sheets for all supply & sub-vendor items.
  • High risk analysis for justification of contingency if any for submission to management to arrive at tender submission price.
  • Co-ordination with Marketing, Engineering, Purchase & Contracts management for smooth execution of the project

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
