  • Proven track record in policy formulation, review, and stakeholder engagement at the national or state level.

  • Familiarity with government decision-making processes and administrative structures.
  • Prior work with multi-stakeholder health projects involving IT and scheme integration.

Key Competencies

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi

I. Recommend convergence-oriented policy changes to strengthen inter-scheme interoperability and enhance process efficiency across NHA and allied government programmes.

II. Act as the primary convergence liaison between NHA, MoHFW, state health departments, and other ministries, facilitating alignment and coordination across schemes.

III. Facilitate policy discussions, review meetings, and high-level consultations with government and technical partners.

IV. Prepare policy briefs, concept notes, and high-level presentations for leadership and inter-ministerial forums.

V. Ensure accurate and timely dissemination of policy updates to all stakeholders.

VI. Provide policy-related guidance to state teams and PMU staff.

VII. Support training programmes to enhance understanding of convergence guidelines.

VIII. Track progress on policy implementation and inter-ministerial coordination efforts.

IX. Provide periodic updates to senior leadership on coordination outcomes and policy compliance.
