Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Educational Marketing Manager to lead branding and student outreach efforts across schools, colleges, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and networking skills to represent the college in various forums and drive student engagement for admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Institutional Marketing & Outreach:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns targeting Higher Secondary (+2), Schools, and Colleges.
  • Conduct school/college visits, seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions.
  • Build long-term relationships with school principals, coordinators, and education counselors.

Branding & Collateral Management:

  • Develop brochures, banners, event kits, and other promotional materials.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all physical and digital touchpoints.

Communication & Public Relations:

  • Represent the college at education fairs, exhibitions, and other public forums.
  • Develop PR content such as press releases, articles, and testimonials.

Lead Generation & Support to Admissions:

  • Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure timely follow-up on generated leads.
  • Maintain a database of school/college contacts and outreach status.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Management.
  • Experience: 38 years in educational marketing, student outreach, or branding (preferred in the education sector).
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and interacting with institutions.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Willingness to travel for institutional visits and events.
