Agile Agile - Kanban and 7 years Agile - Scrum and 7 years Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with 7+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a hands -on approach to problem -solving. Responsibilities: 1. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint planning, daily stand -ups, Sprint reviews, and retrospectives. 2. Facilitate the seamless collaboration among team members. 3. Track project metrics to identify areas for improvement and monitor progress. 4. Foster an environment of successful delivery and continuous improvement. 5. Help the Product Owner to effectively manage the product backlog. 6. Work with stakeholders across the organization to align projects and remove impediments faced by the team. 7. Encourage transparency through open communication and increasing visibility of work progress. 8. Lead efforts to resolve project conflicts and establish appropriate resolution paths. 9. Assist in building an Agile culture within the organization by nurturing self -organized teams. 10. Coach the team members in Agile frameworks. Qualifications: 1. 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams practicing Scrum principles, practices. 2. Ability to understand technical issues at a high level; ability to reason with technical complexities is necessary. 3. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong ability to work collaboratively with others. 4. Excellent knowledge of various well -documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats). 5. Knowledge about other Agile methodologies like Kanban or Lean would be a plus. 6. Strong leadership skills and experience in facilitating change at different levels of an organization. 7. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is highly desirable. The Senior Scrum Master will play a crucial role in ensuring our teams live agile values and principles while continuously shaping our agile environment for success. This role requires extensive collaboration across business lines, hence good interpersonal skills are vital along with tenacity, ambition, and innovative thinking at their core Agile - Kanban and 7 years Agile - Scrum and 7 years Excellent knowledge of various well -documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats).
