Scrum Master

**Job Summary**:
As a Scrum Master for the System Verification and Reliability teams, you will facilitate Agile practices and ensure the teams adhere to Scrum principles. You will work closely with team members, System Architect and Program Manager to deliver high-quality, reliable systems through effective collaboration and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **
Facilitate Scrum Events**:

- Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Accountable for the Quality & Timeline for the Scrum Teams Deliverables
- Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
- Implement Project Management/Best Practices
- Risk Management: Identifies and mitigates risks upfront to ensure project success
- Promote and support the adoption of Scrum practices within the team and organization.
- Act as a liaison between the team and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Encourage the team to continuously improve their processes and practices.
- Educate and guide the team on Agile practices and principles.

Monitor Progress**:

- Keep all stakeholders on Track and Informed (Weekly status reporting)
- Track team performance and ensure adherence to Agile practices, with a focus on delivering reliable and verified systems.
- Tracking Scrum KPI’s - Velocity, Burndown, Defect Leakage, Defect density, Say do ratio, capacity, Spill over & action plan etc.
- **
Support Program Manager/ System Architect**:

- Assist the Program Manager & System Architect in reporting the status, highlighting the risk, managing the product backlog, refining user stories, and prioritizing tasks.


**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **
Experience**:

- More than 10 years’ experience and Minimum 5 years’ experience in driving scrum and Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, preferably with a focus on system verification and reliability.
- Previous experience of working on Core Java, Selenium and Test automation
- Understanding / Knowledge on Test automation & Frameworks
- Experience on working in Rally or any similar tool in managing the scrum
- Presentation skills, experience in reporting the team performance
- ** Education**:

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- ** Knowledge**:

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- ** Communication**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- ** Problem-Solving**:

- Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- ** Leadership**:

- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the team.
- ** Certification**:

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is preferred.
