Role Overview:

The
NDR Team Leader
will be responsible for managing the Non-Delivery Report (NDR) process, ensuring that undelivered orders are efficiently tracked, resolved, and reattempted. This role requires strong coordination with courier partners, the internal customer service team, and warehouse operations to minimize return-to-origin (RTO) cases and improve delivery success rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of NDR executives handling daily undelivered orders.
  • Monitor and analyze NDR reports from courier dashboards and internal systems.
  • Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely reattempts and delivery resolutions.
  • Connect with customers to confirm addresses or delivery preferences for reattempts.
  • Track and update order statuses in the system accurately.
  • Identify and escalate recurring delivery issues or courier performance concerns.
  • Work closely with warehouse and dispatch teams for order reshipment and RTO control.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly NDR performance reports with management.
  • Train and motivate the NDR team to achieve performance KPIs.
  • Ensure SLA adherence and customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills (English & Hindi).
  • Good understanding of e-commerce logistics and delivery processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and courier dashboards.
  • Team management and leadership experience.
  • Data analysis and reporting capability.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Logistics, or Operations).
  • 1–3 years of experience in NDR, logistics coordination, or e-commerce operations.
  • Prior experience handling courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Bluedart, Ecom Express) preferred.
