Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for CS Trainees, located in Bengaluru. The selected candidates will assist in compliance management, statutory filings MCA & IRDAI BAP Filings), and governance reporting, under the guidance of company secretaries. Responsibilities include preparing accurate documentation, monitoring legal and regulatory updates, and liaising with internal departments to ensure organizational compliance with all applicable regulations. The role provides an excellent opportunity for hands-on training and exposure to corporate secretarial practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundational knowledge in Corporate Governance and Compliance.
  • Proficiency in Documentation, Filing, and Record-Keeping skills.
  • Understanding of Regulatory Laws and Practices.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with digital filing systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting in a professional environment.
  • Pursuing Company Secretary (CS) qualification; completed CS Executive is preferred but not mandatory.
