Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Anchors to represent Narayana Infra for various events and presentations. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, ideal for freshers eager to build a career in the real estate industry. As an Anchor, you will be the face of our brand, engaging audiences and confidently presenting our projects and offerings.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Public Speaking (Mandatory skill): Ability to confidently address large audiences, drive engagement, and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, concise verbal and written communication essential for interacting with diverse stakeholders and maintaining professionalism.
  • Market Awareness: Understanding industry trends and market dynamics to provide contextually relevant information to potential investors or clients.
  • Presentation Skills: Proficiency in creating and delivering effective presentations tailored to various formats and audience types.
  • Brand Representation: Consistently upholding the companys image, values, and messaging throughout all public interactions and appearances.
  • Event Hosting: Ability to manage, host, and coordinate different company events, ensuring smooth proceedings and audience engagement.
  • On-Camera Presence: Comfort and professionalism while appearing on video for interviews, marketing content, or live events.
  • Time Management: Efficiently balancing multiple responsibilities, adhering to schedules, and meeting event and broadcast deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Host and present company events, launches, and investor meets, effectively engaging and informing audiences about Narayana Infras offerings.
  • Deliver compelling presentations that highlight the benefits and unique selling points of our plotting layouts and projects.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism during public appearances, online and offline promotional activities, and investor interactions.
  • Conduct interviews, moderate panel discussions, and facilitate Q&A sessions at company and industry events when required.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand project specifics and communicate details accurately to prospective clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company projects, real estate trends, and market developments relevant to company events.
  • Exercise excellent time management to ensure smooth event flow and adherence to event schedules or programming.
  • Provide post-event feedback and collaborate on strategies for further improving event quality and audience engagement.
