Job Overview:Narayana Infra is looking for a confident and charismatic Female Real Estate Anchor to be the face of our brand. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English and be comfortable hosting video content for real estate promotions, property walkthroughs, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:Host real estate videos showcasing Narayana Infras projects, property features, and investment opportunities.
Conduct live and recorded sessions to provide insights into our real estate offerings.
Engage with potential clients via video presentations, live Q&A sessions, and site visits.
Record professional voice-overs for marketing videos, property walkthroughs, and promotional content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging scripts and video concepts.
Qualifications & Skills:Experience: Minimum 2 years in anchoring, media, or customer engagement (real estate experience preferred).
Languages: Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
On-Camera Presence: Confident and engaging personality for video hosting.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to interact with audiences and potential clients.
Presentation Skills: Ability to explain real estate offerings in a compelling and persuasive manner.
