Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Anchor at Narayana Infra, suitable for freshers looking to launch their careers. The position is open for full-time and internship opportunities and is based in Hyderabad and Secunderabad. The ideal candidate will present, host, and engage audiences for both online and offline events, aligning with our vibrant real estate brand.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Public Speaking (Mandatory skill) Comfortable delivering information clearly to diverse audiences in various environments, both large and small.
  • Presentation Skills Ability to organize and communicate content effectively using impactful visuals and clear messaging to engage viewers or attendees.
  • On-Camera Presence Confident and energetic presence in front of a camera, able to maintain audience attention throughout video presentations or livestreams.
  • Storytelling Skilled at crafting compelling narratives that highlight key messages and captivate listeners during presentations or events.
  • Event Hosting Experience or keen interest in hosting live or recorded events, able to manage the flow and maintain excitement for participants and viewers.
  • Communication Skills Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication, able to interact with a diverse range of people and clearly convey information.
  • Time Management Capable of preparing material, rehearsing, and adhering to event or broadcast schedules efficiently and effectively.
  • Camera Confidence Comfortable facing camera equipment for extended periods while maintaining professionalism and engaging delivery to audiences.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Host and engage audiences during live or recorded events, property tours, and promotional activities for Narayana Infra projects.
  • Present company offerings, project highlights, and real estate opportunities through dynamic and compelling narratives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to script and develop content for videos, social media, and event presentations.
  • Represent Narayana Infra in public forums and customer-facing activities, maintaining a professional and energetic presence at all times.
  • Ensure smooth execution of all events by coordinating with technical and production teams for shoot preparations and live sessions.
  • Gather and respond to audience questions, feedback, and interactions during events, creating positive engagement with the brand.
  • Support pre-event research and post-event reporting to ensure continuous improvement in hosting and presentation strategies.
  • Adhere to scheduled timelines for presentations, recordings, and live events, consistently delivering high-quality output.
