  • Financial Analysis & Reporting:Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, profit & loss statements), cost reports, and forecasts to summarize financial status.
  • Accounts Management:Oversee and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, verify transactions, and maintain the general ledger.
  • Compliance & Audits:Ensure adherence to accounting standards (like GAAP), internal policies, and regulations; coordinate and assist with internal and external audits.
  • Process Improvement:Develop and document accounting policies and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:Play a crucial role in the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Team Supervision:Mentor, train, and potentially supervise junior accountants and other accounting staff, delegating tasks as needed.
  • Strategic Support:Provide financial analysis and advice to management for strategic decision-making processes.
  • Tax Assistance:Assist with the preparation of tax returns and support tax audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education:A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential.
  • Experience:Proven experience as a senior accountant, accounting supervisor, or in a similar role.

Job Type: Full-time
