Front Office Manager

Location: Foot Mantra : Saibaba Colony/Ramanathapuram Coimbatore
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Week Off: One day between Monday – Friday (Sunday working mandatory)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Front Office Manager to oversee daily front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients — ensuring smooth appointment bookings, managing phone calls, coordinating with therapists, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and book appointments efficiently.
- Coordinate therapist schedules and ensure smooth operation of daily sessions.
- Maintain client records and update appointment logs.
- Handle customer feedback and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Manage front desk cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation.
- Support basic administrative tasks as required by management.
- Ensure seamless communication between customers, therapists, and management.
Requirements:.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, appointment booking tools, etc.).
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Willingness to work on Sundays with one weekday off (Mon–Fri).
