We are looking for an experienced
Pre-Sales Specialist
to collaborate with our sales, product, and marketing teams and support our growth across
global regions including US, UK, EMEA, APAC, and Middle East.
Role Overview
As a Pre-Sales Specialist, you will bridge the gap between our product/solutions and customer requirements. You will work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to deliver
technical presentations, product demos, RFP/RFI responses, and solution proposals
that address customer needs and win business.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales team to understand client requirements and prepare tailored solution proposals
- Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and workshops for prospects across global markets
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design solutions aligned with client expectations
- Draft and deliver
RFI/RFP responses, technical documentation, and presentations - Provide market insights and competitor analysis to strengthen sales strategy
- Act as a subject matter expert, showcasing Bautomate's capabilities and value proposition
- Support end-to-end pre-sales cycle to maximize conversion rate and revenue generation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in
pre-sales, solution consulting, or business analysis
(preferably in SaaS/IT Automation) - Strong understanding of
B2B sales process, AI/ML, RPA, and process automation solutions - Excellent presentation, documentation, and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Experience working with
global clients (US, UK, EMEA, APAC, Middle East) - Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Proficiency in tools such as MS PowerPoint, Excel, CRM systems, and collaboration platforms
Nice to Have
- Exposure to enterprise automation platforms or workflow orchestration tools
- Experience with
process discovery, solution design, and business case building - Technical background or understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise architecture
