ERP Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented ERP Manager to oversee and optimize our ERP system, which supports both our jewellery manufacturing and retail product operations. Based in our Fort, Mumbai office, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our ERP platform. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ERP systems within a manufacturing and retail environment, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• ERP System Management:
• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the company's ERP system, ensuring it aligns with business objectives for both manufacturing and retail operations.
• Oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, and support of the ERP system.
• Manage system configurations, customizations, and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the ERP system.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive ERP system documentation and training materials.
• Manufacturing Module Expertise:
• Possess a strong understanding of ERP modules relevant to manufacturing processes, including production planning, shop floor control, inventory management, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Optimize manufacturing workflows within the ERP system to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance production output.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to identify and implement ERP solutions that address their specific needs.
• Retail Module Expertise:
• Possess a strong understanding of ERP modules relevant to retail operations, including sales order processing, point of sale (POS) integration, inventory management (including multi-channel), pricing, promotions, and customer relationship management (CRM) integration.
• Optimize retail workflows within the ERP system to enhance customer experience, improve sales processes, and manage inventory effectively across channels.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to leverage the ERP system for better customer insights and targeted initiatives.
• Project Management & Implementation:
• Lead and manage ERP implementation projects, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.
• Coordinate with external consultants and vendors as needed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with stakeholders across all departments (manufacturing, retail, finance, sales, IT, etc.) to understand their requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams regarding ERP-related matters.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Develop and generate reports and dashboards from the ERP system to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) for both manufacturing and retail operations.
• Analyze ERP data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in managing and implementing ERP systems within a manufacturing and retail environment.
• Deep understanding of key business processes in both manufacturing (e.g., MRP, BOM, shop floor control) and retail (e.g., order management, inventory, POS).
• Experience with specific ERP systems relevant to manufacturing and retail for jewelry if possible.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing ERP-related projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work from our office in Fort, Mumbai.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹75,000.00 per month
