We are a fast-growing soft furnishings brand with a strong D2C and B2B presence. Rooted in Indian textile traditions and designed for the modern home, our products bring elegance and craftsmanship to every space. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Manager to join our team and drive our online sales and operations across Shopify and various marketplaces.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Manage and update the Shopify store and marketplace listings (Myntra, Nyka, etc.)
  • Upload new products with accurate images, descriptions, and pricing
  • Implement price and stock updates as required
  • Handle stock inward entries and maintain accurate stock records
  • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for timely updates on stock availability
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure all listings reflect current inventory
  • Track and analyze sales data to support marketing and sales strategies
  • Support order processing and troubleshoot issues as needed

*Requirements*

  • Proficient in Shopify backend and at least one major online marketplace
  • Experience in product uploads, SKU management, pricing, and inventory control
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows and product catalog management
  • Organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlines,
  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets/Tally
  • Prior experience in soft furnishings, fashion, or lifestyle products is a plus
