Role & responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads,
  • Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI,
  • etc.).
  • Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to develop landing pages and ad
  • creatives that align with university branding and campaign goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Stay updated on PPC and digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage and track ad spend to ensure campaigns remain within budget while
  • maximizing ROI.
  • Generate and present detailed campaign performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Implement strategies for retargeting and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Ensure ad compliance with Google and social media policies, as well as internal brand
  • guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Any Bachelors degree or Masters.
  • 1-5 years of experience in PPC campaign management, preferably in the education sector.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and campaign
  • tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with keyword research tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how they complement PPC.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
