Job Summary:

The Safety Executive will be responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols, statutory requirements, and company safety policies are followed at interior fit-out project sites. The role involves monitoring site activities, conducting safety training, and ensuring a hazard-free work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety rules, regulations, and client-specific safety requirements.
  • Implement and monitor safety plans, method statements, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) usage by all site workers and supervisors.
  • Conduct Toolbox Talks (TBT) and safety induction for new workers.
  • Maintain safety records such as incident reports, near-miss reports, daily checklists, and safety audit reports.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve safety-related issues.
  • Take immediate corrective actions in case of unsafe acts or conditions.
  • Assist in the investigation of accidents, incidents, or near misses.
  • Support compliance with fire safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and evacuation plans.
  • Ensure all materials, tools, and equipment are used as per safety guidelines.
  • Report to Safety Manager / Project Manager regularly on safety performance and observations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Degree in Safety, Industrial Safety, or related field.
  • Certification: Safety Diploma / NEBOSH / IOSH preferred.
  • Experience in interior fit-out industry safety.
  • Strong understanding of site safety regulations and statutory compliances.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.
  • Knowledge of first aid, fire safety, and hazard identification.
  • Minimum exp. 3 to 5 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
