Job Title:
Performance Marketing Executive

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

○ Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across channels such as Google

○ Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn.

○ Ensure campaigns meet performance KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.

Performance Analysis:

○ Track and analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights.

○ Prepare regular performance reports and suggest data-driven optimization strategies.

Budget & ROI Management
:

○ Manage daily campaign budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.

○ Work towards maximizing ROI through continuous testing and optimization.

Creative & Content Collaboration:

○ Coordinate with the design and content teams for ad creatives, copies, and

landing pages.

○ Conduct A/B tests to improve ad performance and user engagement. 5. Market Research & Trends: ○ Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor campaigns. ○ Recommend innovative growth opportunities and new channels.

Requirements:

● 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media roles.

● Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Good understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting.

● Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
