Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Engineer based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Customer Service Engineer will focus on providing exceptional technical and customer support, performing field service tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service delivery. The role involves regular interaction with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain equipment performance to the highest standards.
Qualifications
- A proven ability to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support
- Experience in field service operations with a strong understanding of customer systems and needs
- Expertise in providing customer and technical support effectively and professionally
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving system malfunctions promptly
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high performance in an on-site capacity
- Prior experience in the elevator or urban mobility industry is a plus
- Technical qualifications in engineering or a related field are preferred
