About the Role
We are a chemical manufacturing company based in Gurgaon, looking for a motivated Onboarding & Sales Executive to expand our offline presence. Your primary responsibility will be to onboard retailers, workshops, petrol pumps, and distributors, and ensure repeat orders for our best-selling product — distilled water.
This is a field sales role requiring daily market visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail stores, automobile workshops, petrol pumps, industrial areas, and distributors daily in Gurgaon.
- Onboard new retailers by explaining product details, pricing, margins, and order process.
- Collect and record shop details, owner contact number, GST, address, and order requirement.
- Increase product placement and visibility at counters and workshops.
- Take orders from newly onboarded customers and ensure timely delivery coordination.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat orders.
- Help identify potential distributors, negotiate initial orders, and support onboarding.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Prepare daily visit reports and submit to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10th / 12th / Graduate can apply
- 0–3 years of field sales / FMCG sales experience
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with fieldwork (25–30 visits/day)
- Basic smartphone skills (WhatsApp, Google Maps, Excel)

Pay: ₹18, ₹28,000.00 per month
