Profile:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally ERP & Tally Prime, possess hands-on experience with E-way bill generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and record all accounting transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Substantiate financial transactions by auditing and verifying supporting documentation.
  • Responsible for preparing and generating E-way bills
  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Make journal entries and maintain accurate records for purchases and expenses.
  • Create and manage sales invoices and ensure timely client billing.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable and maintain up-to-date ledgers.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and assist with tax return preparation.
  • Utilize Tally ERP and Tally Prime for accounting operations.
  • Work with Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation tasks.
