Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
  • Support the complete sales cycle from lead generation, pitching, and product demonstrations to closure and handover to the operations team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and workshops to represent Medisim VR.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers,
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to align business growth strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and reports through CRM tools.
  • Work closely with leadership to develop territory-specific growth strategies and revenue targets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Motivated, self-starter with a proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
