We are currently seeking a Digital Project Manager Sr. Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Job Duties: The Data Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our data projects, from initial stakeholder engagement, through data collection and transformation to final delivery, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant data and insight is provided to stakeholders while managing project timelines, risks, and dependencies across a team; essentially acting as the primary point of contact for delivery. 

The Data Delivery Lead will:

•    Implement the analytics and insight strategy and roadmap in order to maximise long term business value.

•    Ensure that the demand for analytics and insight is prioritised and planned, and is delivered to time, budget and of the highest quality.

•    Manage project scope, identifying and mitigating potential risks throughout the delivery process. 

•    Develop comprehensive data delivery plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and quality metrics. 

•    Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document their requirements and translate that into actionable outcomes. 

•    Collaborating with a range of technical and non-technical audiences to quality assure delivery through testing and into release ensuring the end-product meets the documented business requirements. 

•    Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, both internal and external, keeping them informed about project progress and any potential issues. 

•    Encourage teamwork, foster a positive work environment, and support team members in achieving their goals. 

•    Promote and support the use of agile methodologies, ensuring that projects are delivered in a flexible and adaptive manner. 

•    While not necessarily a technical expert, the Delivery Lead should have a good understanding of the technical aspects of analytics projects and be able to communicate them effectively. 

•    Ensure that the team has defined Service Definitions, SLAs and performance expectations and delivers against those.  

•    Be a champion of data and analytics in SGN and provide positive leadership within the Analytics and Insight team.

•    Keep up to date with trends and best practice and evaluate new data ops, analytics and data science technologies and methods to improve our capability.

•    Work with stakeholders across different functions to understand analysis and insight needs and align data analytics initiatives with business goals. 

•    Understand SGN's business and data to ensure that initiatives support business goals and derive value.

Minimum Skills Required: Expertise

•    Degree or a higher-level qualification in a relevant discipline and/or the equivalent experience working in high performing data and IT functions.

•    Experience of working in Data Engineering, Data Ops and Release Delivery teams.

•    Good knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

•    Delivering projects and managing products across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) – using a range of project methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile
