About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and organized Project Manager with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our growing team. This role will involve managing multiple projects across Web/Mobile Applications and Salesforce implementations, with an added advantage if you're aware of the evolving AI landscape.
You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards. Exceptional communication and multitasking skills are a must, as you'll be coordinating with internal teams, stakeholders, and possibly clients across several initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute multiple projects simultaneously, across Web, Mobile, and Salesforce platforms.
- Liaise between technical teams, designers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Track progress, manage risks, and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure project documentation, status reports, and deliverables are well-maintained.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring clarity on timelines, expectations, and deliverables.
- Stay updated on trends in AI and assess opportunities to incorporate AI elements into projects when applicable.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in project management, preferably in tech-focused environments.
- Proven experience managing Web and/or Mobile application development projects.
- Exposure to Salesforce projects is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
- Awareness of current trends and developments in AI technologies is a plus.
- PMP or similar certification is a bonus, but not required.
