Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor companys sales strategy and ensure achievement of targets.
  • Coordinate promotional & marketing activities, launch programs, and customer engagement events.
  • Conduct field training, on-the-job monitoring, and performance assessments for the sales team.
  • Develop and execute business plans and sales strategies to ensure profitability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and clients.
  • Gather and share competitor market intelligence with the Head Office.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables and statutory documents.
  • Oversee primary & secondary target achievement and ensure distributor payments.
  • Manage territory vacancy, team motivation, and performance coaching.
  • Plan and conduct new product launches, market surveys, and demonstrations.
  • Maintain and update customer and distributor databases.
  • Provide regular performance feedback to senior management and maintain activity reports.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, business ethics, and reporting standards.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Education: Any Graduate / B.Pharma (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 6–8 years in a Pharmaceutical industry, handling a team of 8+ members.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
  • Must have a background in Pharma / Veterinary Sales (Pets or Canine segment preferred).
  • Good communication in English and local language (Gujarati/Hindi).
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and email correspondence.
