Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at TATA CAPITAL LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through effective sales strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of motor finance and PV finance products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives.
