Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Manager. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks such as managing and guiding center /Stores staff, Handling Multiple Stores/ outlets , Handling Team, Leading Team, Visiting Local Market, Visiting Allocated Stores for Audit, Preparing sales Reports ensuring customer satisfaction, developing business strategies, maintaining budgets and inventory, scheduling appointments, and ensuring operational efficiency. The Cluster Manager will also be responsible for handling customer complaints and supervising the repair and installation process.

  • Resolution of customer complaints
  • Adherence of centre SOP
  • Monitoring and Reporting market trends
  • Open for local Traviling

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle customer complaints professionally
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 4+ years experience in the automotive / Telecom/ Retail industry or service industry is preferred
