About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Performance Copywriter to join our content and growth marketing team. This role is perfect for a creative writer who thrives in a results-oriented environment, understands customer psychology, and knows how to write compelling copy that converts.

You'll be responsible for crafting persuasive, action-driven copy across multiple performance channels including paid ads, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write high-converting, on-brand copy for paid media (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), landing pages, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with performance marketers, designers, and growth strategists to align copy with campaign objectives and audience insights.
  • Continuously test and optimize messaging based on performance data (CTR, CVR, bounce rates, etc.).
  • Conduct competitor research, A/B testing, and user behavior analysis to inform copy decisions.
  • Translate product features into clear, benefit-focused messaging tailored to target segments.
  • Stay updated on performance marketing trends, platform-specific best practices, and copy techniques that boost engagement and conversion.
  • Work within brand voice and tone guidelines while adapting messaging to different formats and audiences.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in copywriting, preferably with a focus on performance content or direct-response marketing.
  • Proven ability to write copy that drives measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CVR, ROAS) and how copy impacts them.
  • Experience writing for digital channels including paid ads, landing pages, and emails.
  • Comfort with A/B testing frameworks and using data to iterate on copy.
  • Excellent grammar, editing, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or CRO tools is a plus.
