About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist
to manage our brand's presence across leading online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on experience onboarding brands and listing products on multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and compliance with marketplace standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard our brand on major marketplaces including:
  • Amazon India,
  • Flipkart, Meesho, Moglix, IndiaMART, L&T-SuFin
  • Other leading B2B and B2C marketplaces.
  • Upload and manage product catalogs with accurate titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
  • Ensure product listings are optimized for maximum visibility and conversion.
  • Monitor and manage product performance, rankings, and reviews on each marketplace.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather product data, creatives, and ensure compliance with marketplace requirements.
  • Track marketplace policies, guidelines, and promotional opportunities to ensure timely action.
  • Analyze sales reports and performance data, and share insights for growth.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve listing issues, account-related queries, and order discrepancies.
  • Experience with Shopify to handle our D2C website orders or update products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing product listings and onboarding on major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Moglix, IndiaMART, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of shopify, marketplace tools, dashboards, and policies.
  • Excellent command of English (written & spoken).
  • Knowledge of Hindi or Tamil is an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently within strict timelines.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic digital marketing knowledge is a plus.
