Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Manager to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in client relationship management and project coordination, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency. You will act as the key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client goals and deliver campaigns that meet expectations.
Coordinate with creative, marketing, and technical teams for smooth project execution.
Share regular updates, reports, and presentations with clients.
Resolve client concerns professionally and on time.
Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of client servicing experience in digital marketing/advertising.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
