Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced
Salesforce Developer with strong LOS (Loan Origination System) experience
to support critical platform development. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on Apex/LWC skills and can deliver high-quality features under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development

  • Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using
    Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows, Visualforce
    .
  • Build and support LOS-related modules, integrations, and workflows.
  • Implement LOS logic, underwriting flows, document workflows, and case/orchestration logic.

Technical Ownership

  • Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, and solution discussions.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  • Collaborate with QA, Architects, and Product stakeholders for delivery.

Delivery & Problem Solving

  • Deliver features in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Diagnose production issues quickly and provide resolutions.
  • Optimize LOS automations, custom objects, and data models.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with onshore/offshore teams and cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies — daily standups, sprint planning, grooming.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in:
  • Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Flows, SOQL/SOSL, REST APIs
  • Mandatory
    experience in LOS (Loan Origination System)
    —any banking/fintech LOS.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and delivery skills.
  • Ability to work under stringent timelines.
