Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Architect located in Mumbai. The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models throughout different project stages. Tasks include creating detailed 3D models, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring model compliance with standards, generating reports, and contributing to project documentation and workflows. The BIM Architect will also provide support for BIM implementation and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
  • Experience with developing and managing 3D models and interdisciplinary coordination
  • Knowledge of project management processes and standards compliance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
