Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage BIM models, drawings, and documentation using Revit & related tools.
  • Develop and deliver models with LOD & LOI up to 400 as per project requirements.
  • Ensure high accuracy in drawing sheets, BIM 3D models, and strictly follow Quality Check processes.
  • Collaborate with structural/MEP teams for design coordination & clash detection.
  • Ensure adherence to BIM standards, codes, and project specifications.
  • Support design development and client presentations with 3D visualizations.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, Navisworks.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing & BIM QC workflows
  • Familiarity with BIM standards, LOD/LOI definitions, and processes.
  • Good communication, problem-solving & teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors/Masters in Architecture.

2. 2-8 years of experience in BIM Architecture/Modeling.

3. Exposure to residential, commercial, or institutional projects preferred.
