Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler, located in Navi Mumbai. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing 3D models using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, collaborating with architects and engineers, preparing construction drawings, and ensuring all project specifications are met. Daily tasks also include coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and facilitating communication between different project teams to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
  • Experience in Architecture and Construction Drawings
  • Knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
  • Previous experience in project management and overseeing construction projects is a plus
