Role Overview
We are hiring an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our Direct Sales team. The role involves generating leads, managing Upwork sales, pitching IT services, closing deals, and contributing to revenue growth. Candidates must be confident, target-driven, and comfortable working in mid/night shifts.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Sales
- Generate and qualify leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels.
- Identify potential clients and pitch company IT services (web development, digital marketing, mobile apps, CRM services, etc.).
- Respond to Upwork job posts, prepare proposals, and maintain strong follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings/demos with prospects and collaborate with delivery teams.
Client Communication & Relationship Building
- Maintain high-quality communication with international clients.
- Understand client requirements and offer appropriate service solutions.
- Build long-term relationships to increase recurring business.
Sales Operations
- Maintain CRM entries, follow-up logs, pipelines, and sales trackers.
- Work on monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and lead quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales / Upwork Sales / IT Service Sales.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of IT services and industry trends.
- Ability to write proposals & handle client objections.
- Target-oriented, confident, energetic & proactive.
- Comfortable with Mid & Night shifts (mandatory).
- Strong follow-up and closing skills.
