Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven Female Business Development Executive to spearhead our District Partner Program. Your mission is to generate and convert partner leads across India, expanding our exclusive software distribution and partnership model.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify & Qualify Leads: Research and shortlist potential partners across India.
- Outreach & Engagement: Conduct professional calls, WhatsApp chats, and email campaigns to introduce our software solutions.
- Present & Close: Explain our product suite and partnership structure, schedule demos, and convert leads into active district partners.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate daily call, lead, and closure reports to track progress and pipeline.
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Minimum 1+ year experience in software/B2B sales and Software partner acquisition (preferred)
- Strong Bengali, Hindi & English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Comfortable with tele-calling, video presentations, and remote client interactions
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
